Rhythm AI - Houston (2024) is an artwork presented and performed by a large language model (LLM) embodied on 5 iPads. For the performance, the audience was verbally invited by the LLM to engage with it’s body however they desire using any of the 39-objects provided to them, for example: a flower, bandages, a mask, chains, razorblades, taser. This work is a re-performance of Marina Abramovic’s seminal work, Rhythm 0 (1974).
