Real-Time Lapse (Ghillie - Latourell Falls) is a video artwork that utilizes AI-driven frame interpolation to explore an alternative temporal dimension of time-lapse photography. Inspired by early photographic experiments by Eadweard Muybridge and Étienne-Jules Marey, as well as depictions of speed and movement by the Italian Futurists, Real-Time Lapse (Ghillie, Latourell Falls) utilizes AI to investigate the photographic representation of duration, speed, and movement within a landscape.
